If one was to run into Jay Kubassek on the street, you would not think that this ordinary man is an Internet marketing guru, nor a successful film maker. While he might not fit your idea of what a millionaire should look like, the truth of the matter is Kubassek has been incredibly successful and is willing to pass his knowledge on to you.

A native Canadian, Jay was born and raised on his family’s farm. At 19, he was running the family farm, and giving seminars on sustainable farming. These experiences seem to have sparked his entrepreneur spirit, giving rise to his successes today. 

However, up until five years ago Kubassek was working at his local Midas shop selling mufflers. Fortune was in his favor however as he discovered the Internet marketing industry, and soon after founded Carbon Copy pro along with his partners, Aaron Parkinson and Alan Moore. Their company, Carbon Copy Pro, was created to show others how to replicate the success they had with internet marketing. Carbon Copy Pro knows that goals must be just out of reach to make us work toward them, and has set a goal for themselves of helping to create 100 new millionaires by 2012. Most would agree that this is definitely a goal worth working towards.

In addition to his success with Carbon Copy Pro, Kubassek has founded his own film production company, Aliquot Films. The first film released by his company was called “Chelsea on the Rocks”. The film centers around the residents of the Chelsea Hotel, and their experiences while trying to improve their lives. More recently Spike Lee partnered with Aliquot Films to make “Evolution of a Criminal,” a film about the life of 17 year old bank robber, Darius Clark Monroe.

Although he keeps himself incredibly busy with his film company and internet marketing, Kubessek somehow finds the time and energy to give back to those in need. He is involved with many charitable foundations such as The Name Campaign in Africa, The Children’s Institute for Autism, the Tracy McGrady Basketball Camp, Mount Sinai Juvenile Diabetes, and The Breast Cancer Foundation. 

Although Jay Kubassek’s life is full with his business and charity obligations, he still finds time for his beloved family.
